He received his master’s degree in business administration from Xavier University in Cincinnati and a bachelor of science degree from the Northern Kentucky University in Highland Heights.

Mr Asinof has been the administrator of the group since 1992, and has 30 years of experience in the health care industry in hospital finance and physician group practice management. He currently also serves as treasurer of the Large Urology Group Practice Association (LUGPA), is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association as well as the Medical Group Management Association. He earned his Master of Science degree in health administration from the University of Colorado in Denver.

    Paul R. Sieber, MD, is a practicing urologist based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and currently serves as president and the medical director of research for Lancaster Urology.     Neal D. Shore, MD, FACS, is the medical director for the Carolina Urologic Research Center and practices with Atlantic Urology Clinics in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Dr Shore has conducted more than 250 clinical trials that focus mainly on GU oncology, serves on the executive boards of the Society of Urologic Oncology, Bladder Cancer Advocacy Network and the Society of Urologic Oncology Clinical Trials Consortium, and is president of the Large Urology Group Practice Association. He is a founder for the CUSP Clinical Trials Consortium and DASHKO, large urology practices data registries. He has over 125 peer-reviewed publications, several book chapters, and is a peer reviewer for Lancet Oncology, Urology, and numerous other journals. He earned his MD from Duke University Medical School.

    Michael D. Fabrizio, MD, FACS, is the CEO of Urology of Virginia, as well as professor of urology and endourology fellowship director at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Virginia Beach. Dr Fabrizio specializes in urological laparoscopy for benign and malignant conditions, including prostate and kidney cancer, adrenal surgery, kidney donation, and complex kidney and ureteral stone surgery. He is currently president-elect of the Mid-Atlantic Section of the American Urological Association, and a member of the American Urological Association, Endourology Society, and the Society of Urologic Oncology. He earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia, and completed his residencies in surgery and urology at the Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
